What is the Next Step Program?

The Next Step program is designed to help teens stay moving forward by keeping them connected to nearby resources, opportunities, and peer communities.

How It Works

Every market has a dedicated coordinator available to help families find local resources that encourage teens to continue growing healthy habits.

Alumni Hotline

Imagine graduates also have access to an Alumni Hotline for after-hours support or help accessing services. The hotline connects families directly to our admission teams, trained to support alumni when additional guidance is needed.

Want More Opportunities?

We’re actively expanding our Next Step program with your feedback in mind. Fill out our survey

Why Continued Connection Matters for Teens

After finishing their program, it’s normal for teens to feel proud of their progress and still have days that feel tough. Continued support helps keep encouragement and connection in place as teens return to regular routines and responsibilities.

Staying connected helps teens:

  • Keep healthy routines and structure in place
  • Stay connected to positive peer support
  • Build confidence through shared experiences
  • Celebrate progress and milestones
  • Get encouragement during stressful seasons

For parents, this adds an extra layer of connection your teen can lean on as life keeps moving.

Local Ongoing Alumni Support

As our Next Step program grows, we’re happy to help families explore resources close to home.
