Support for Staying on Track

Stopping substance use is one part of recovery. Staying on track often requires stronger support around the emotions, people, places, and pressures that can lead a teen back to using.

At Imagine, care focuses on the moments where relapse risk is highest. Teens learn how to recognize warning signs, manage cravings, plan for hard situations, and build a stronger support system at home, in school, and with peers.

Substance-Related Issues We Treat

Substance use can become harder to interrupt when cravings, stress, or familiar patterns keep pulling a teen back in. We support teens facing challenges such as:

  • Returning to alcohol or drugs use after trying to stop
  • Cravings that feel hard to manage without support
  • Using after conflict, stress, rejection, or emotional overwhelm
  • Spending time with peers or in places connected to substance use
  • Hiding slips, cravings, or risky situations from caregivers
  • Struggling to set boundaries in social settings
  • Using substances to escape mental health symptoms
  • Losing progress after a major change, setback, or trigger

Our Levels of Care

We offer multiple levels of care so teens can receive the support and structure that fit their needs, daily routine, and clinical recommendation while continuing to live at home.

Please note that summer hours may vary. Contact the facility directly for information on summer hours.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

After-school care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4-7 PM. Programs typically run 8–12 weeks and include individual, group, and family therapy.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Day treatment Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 3:30 PM, for teens who need a higher level of support. This 4-6 week program includes meals and school coordination.

Virtual Programs

Online treatment for teens who can’t attend in person. In some markets, programming may be offered in a hybrid format. Care stays structured, consistent, and led by our clinical team.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment Available

Many teens struggling with substance use are also dealing with underlying mental health challenges. Treating both at the same time helps reduce relapse risk and supports more stable progress.

Need Urgent Support for Your Teen?

When concerns escalate and immediate help is needed, we assist families in coordinating crisis intervention and connecting to the right level of support quickly. Call us and we’ll help you figure out the best next step.

Support That Holds Up Outside the Program

Relapse prevention works best when it connects to a teen’s actual life. School stress, peer pressure, family conflict, mental health symptoms, and unstructured time can all raise the risk of returning to substance use.

At Imagine, teens build a plan for what to do before, during, and after high-risk moments. Care focuses on preparation, accountability, and safer choices that can continue after the program ends.

With stronger support around relapse risk, teens can build safer habits and feel more prepared for life outside the program.
