Teen Mental Health Treatment in Fort Collins, CO
Helping teens feel more stable, supported, and able to manage daily life.

Support That Helps Teens Feel More Steady
Mental health struggles can affect nearly every part of a teen’s life. A teen may seem more withdrawn, reactive, tired, angry, anxious, or disconnected from others. Over time, these symptoms can make school, friendships, family life, and everyday responsibilities harder to manage.
Imagine Fort Collins provides structured mental health treatment for teens who need more support than weekly therapy can provide. Care is built around each teen’s needs, symptoms, and goals so they can begin to feel more grounded and better equipped to handle challenges at home, at school, and in their relationships.

What We Treat

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Day treatment Monday–Friday 9 AM to 3:30 PM for teens who need a higher level of support. This 4-6 week program includes meals and school coordination.
Virtual Programs
Online treatment for teens who can’t attend in person. In some markets, programming may be offered in a hybrid format. Care stays structured, consistent, and led by our clinical team.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment Available
Many teens struggling with substance use are also dealing with underlying mental health challenges. Treating both at the same time helps reduce relapse risk and supports more stable progress.

Treatment That Connects to Real-Life Change
Imagine Fort Collins helps teens connect what they are feeling to what is happening in their daily life. Treatment gives teens space to understand those patterns, practice new responses, and build skills they can use outside of sessions.
This approach helps teens see how their thoughts, emotions, choices, and relationships are connected. From there, they can start building healthier patterns that feel more manageable in real life.
