Care That Helps Teens Feel More Stable

When emotions feel intense or unpredictable, teens may struggle to manage daily life, relationships, and responsibilities. A teen may seem fine one moment and overwhelmed the next, leaving families unsure how to help.

These ups and downs can become harder to manage without consistent support. We give teens a structured place to work through difficult emotions, build coping skills, and develop healthier patterns that support greater stability.

What We Treat

Some teens feel controlled by emotions that shift quickly or hit hard. They may go from calm to overwhelmed, shut down without warning, or react in ways that leave them and their family feeling confused afterward.

At Imagine, we support teens who need help finding steadier ways to manage emotional and behavioral health concerns, including:

  1. Anger Management
  2. Anxiety
  3. Depression
  4. Trauma
  5. Grief & Loss
  6. Personality Disorders

Our Levels of Care

We offer multiple levels of care so teens can receive the support and structure that fit their needs, daily routine, and clinical recommendation while continuing to live at home.

Please note that summer hours may vary. Contact the facility directly for information on summer hours.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

After-school care on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4-7 PM. Programs typically run 8-12 weeks and include individual, group, and family therapy.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Day treatment Monday–Friday 9 AM to 3:30 PM for teens who need a higher level of support. This 4-6 week program includes meals and school coordination.

Virtual Programs

Online treatment for teens who can’t attend in person. In some markets, programming may be offered in a hybrid format. Care stays structured, consistent, and led by our clinical team.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment Available

Many teens struggling with substance use are also dealing with underlying mental health challenges. Treating both at the same time helps reduce relapse risk and supports more stable progress.

How Treatment Builds a Stronger Foundation

More Emotional Stability

Treatment can help teens feel less overwhelmed by mood shifts, emotional intensity, or ongoing distress.

A Greater Sense of Support

Teens benefit from having consistent guidance and a space where they feel heard, understood, and taken seriously.

Improved Daily Functioning

As teens gain support and structure, everyday life can begin to feel more manageable.

Healthier Patterns Over Time

With practice and consistency, teens can begin replacing unhelpful habits with healthier ways of coping and responding.

Steady Support for Safer, Healthier Patterns

When teens feel emotionally unsteady, consistency matters. Imagine provides structured support that helps teens slow down, understand what is happening, and practice safer responses before emotions lead to harmful choices or deeper conflict.

This approach gives teens room to build steadier habits with support around them. Over time, they can begin responding to hard moments with more control, more safety, and less fear of what comes next.
