Support That Helps Teens Manage Daily Life

Mental health challenges can make everyday life feel harder to keep up with. A teen may struggle to get through school, follow routines, manage friendships, or handle family expectations without feeling overwhelmed.

These struggles can build over time, especially when teens do not have the tools or support to understand what they are feeling. We help teens build the structure, support, and coping skills they need to move through daily life with more confidence and emotional stability.

What We Treat

Mental health symptoms can make everyday routines feel harder than they used to. A teen may start missing school, fall behind on assignments, sleep at odd hours, avoid friends, or argue more at home.

At Imagine, we support teens whose mental health is affecting how they move through daily life, including:

  1. Anger Management
  2. Anxiety
  3. Depression
  4. Trauma
  5. Grief & Loss
  6. Personality Disorders

Our Levels of Care

We offer multiple levels of care so teens can receive the support and structure that fit their needs, daily routine, and clinical recommendation while continuing to live at home.

Please note that summer hours may vary. Contact the facility directly for information on summer hours.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

After-school care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4-7 PM. Programs typically run 8–12 weeks and include individual, group, and family therapy.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Day treatment Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 3:30 PM, for teens who need a higher level of support. This 4-6 week program includes meals and school coordination.

Virtual Programs

Online treatment for teens who can’t attend in person. In some markets, programming may be offered in a hybrid format. Care stays structured, consistent, and led by our clinical team.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment Available

Many teens struggling with substance use are also dealing with underlying mental health challenges. Treating both at the same time helps reduce relapse risk and supports more stable progress.

How Treatment Supports Everyday Progress

More Consistency Day to Day

With the right support, teens can begin to feel more settled in their routines, responsibilities, and daily interactions.

Better Focus and Follow-Through

As symptoms become more manageable, many teens find it easier to stay present at school, complete tasks, and keep up with expectations.

Healthier Responses to Stress

Treatment helps teens handle pressure, frustration, and strong emotions in ways that feel steadier and more productive.

More Positive Relationships

As teens build communication and self-awareness, they can start showing up more openly and effectively with family, friends, and peers.

Skills That Carry Into Home, School, and Friendships

Care is most helpful when teens can use what they learn outside of sessions. Imagine helps teens connect clinical support to real situations, such as getting through the school day, handling conflict at home, managing stress before it escalates, and building realistic routines.

This approach helps teens take what they learn and apply it where it matters most: at home, at school, with peers, and during stressful moments.
